Pengaruh Penilaian Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinarja Karyawan Pada PT. Gotongan Super Way

ABSTRCT
PT. Super Way. PT Gotongan Super Way was established on November 4, 2008, is a company engaged in the export and import of national scale service management. One of the important factors in supporting the company's existence in advancing quality and performance management is the mastery of competencies possessed by Human Resources. Human resource is one of the elements in an organization or company that has an important role, where the back and forth of an organization depends on the role played by the people in it. In principle, the compensation is the result of sales of human resources to the company. However, in this case there is also an understanding that employees have given all their work abilities to the company, so the company should appreciate the work of these employees by giving compensation in kind to them. Not only the compensation factor that companies need to pay attention to in order to improve employee performance, but the company must also pay attention to motivational factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of compensation (X1), motivation (X2) and performance (Y) as well as the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Gotongan Super Way ”. The data used in this study are primary data, namely using a questionnaire given to

employees and leaders of PT. PT. Super Way. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing using a tool, namely the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that the description of compensation analysis (X1), motivation (X2) is classified as "Good" or agree, the description of performance analysis (Y) is classified as "Good" quality, compensation (X1), and motivation (X2) have a very strong relationship. strong and has a significant positive effect on the level of performance (Y) PT. PT. Super Way. It is suggested to further researchers to expand the scope of research and for the company it is better to evaluate the knowledge and performance of employees so that the target expected by the company can be achieved.
